Pet Registration & Pet Policy
ALL dogs brought onto the property must be registered and approved prior to arrival, regardless of ownership, length of stay, or whether the dog is staying overnight.
If a dog's paws touch the property, it must be registered.
Guests are required to submit a current photo of each pet and proof of current vaccinations prior to check-in.
This policy applies to:
- Guest-owned dogs
- Visiting family members' dogs
- Friends' dogs
- Service animals (registration required; fees may not apply where legally required)
- Emotional support animals
- Temporary visiting pets
No unregistered dogs are permitted anywhere on the property at any time.
Any dog found on the property that has not been registered and approved will result in a $500.00 fine and may include additional fees, removal of the animal from the property, or termination of the rental agreement.
Due to severe allergies, cats are strictly prohibited on the property under all circumstances.
Approved Pets
- Maximum of 3 dogs
- Dogs must be under 50 lbs
- Current rabies vaccination required
- Current vaccination records required
- Pet photo required prior to arrival
Pet Fees
- $250 non-refundable fee per dog
- Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if necessary
Pet Rules
- Dogs must remain on a leash when outdoors
- Dogs may not be left unattended unless securely crated
- Dogs are not permitted in the pool or hot tub
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets
- Excessive pet hair may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee
Restricted Pets
- No cats permitted under any circumstances
- No aggressive breeds
- No exotic animals
